I am so pleased with the care I received today. I had nine extractions, which I was very concerned about! I called in the morning and spoke with Kelly. She was so sweet and quickly put me at ease. By the time I got there, I was feeling much better. Dr. Jeremy as usual was wonderful. He's gentle and is always concerned that I'm feeling no pain. He and Kelly make a great team. The room was a little cool and Kelly gave me a blanket so I wouldn't be cold! They made the whole experience as pleasant as nine extractions could possibly be! Thank you Dr. Jeremy and Kelly!
Awesome customer service! I was even offered a blanket for comfort. Courteous and attentive staff explained all procedures and made me feel at ease. Excellent practice with caring individuals from the front office to the Dentists and everyone in between. I believe that if all dental visits around the country were as awesome as this, people would not have a fear of dentistry. The staff were friendly. They made me feel at home and the dental hygienist gave me a massage between drillings. Definitely above and beyond anything I have experienced at other dental offices. Probably the most impressive thing about the office was the amount of technology utilized in it. I enjoyed watching the movie Dodgeball while the dentist was working on my teeth. All in all, a great experience. I don't have a question. We would just like to thank you all for the free dental repair from the recent offer that your Company offered. My husband benefitted from this promo and until now his denture is doing good because of the best service that you've gave us. The nurses and doctors are very helpful. They give me explanations and decisions to make instead of making my mind up for me. Some dentist will just tell me whats best for my teeth and they don't want to hear what I have to say about my own mouth. I have had several appts over the past 3 years different doc's and hygenist all were professional and polite. She had a couple cavities and a broken tooth. Curses on Tootsie Rolls! I had seen that dentist many times and they saw my older daughter. I never thought my 3 year old would have any issues with them. I didn't take her back there. I took her to see a pediatric dentist instead. They were wonderful with her but she had so much anxiety. This made the 3 procedures they were able to complete very difficult. We moved to Arizona 3 years ago. I had to find her a different dentist, one who would understand her anxiety. I have found that for her. I'm so happy she is comfortable. She still has some anxiety but they make it so much easier for us both. I have already referred two of my friends and my husband to your practice. I am so happy that I found you. I have been to a handful of other dental practices in the 4.5 years I've lived in AZ, and your practice is the best BY FAR! The staff was very friendly and I did not have to wait long after arriving to be seen. Being from out of state, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I just picked a place that was close to our new home. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the waiting area and the exam rooms. The receptionist was very sweet and courteous. The dental assistants seemed quite knowledgable, which also impressed me. The dentist was young, but was very nice and gentle. He made me feel confident and comfortable with the decisions I had to make regarding my dental health. I am going back to continue with the suggestions that he had for me. I feel I will be in very capable hands! Caring and knowledgeable. Actually listened to me and answered my questions. I did not feel they pushed any un-needed treatment(s). Dr. Skinner made me feel comfortable. I was able to get an emergency appointment in record time! And, the dentist was extremely gentle and compassionate. I could not have asked for a more positive experience. Dr. Skinner and his assistant were fabulous. They made sure I was comfortable (and even brought me a blanket because I was cold), and were truly interested in how I was doing. They noticed that my foot was bandaged, and were concerned about what happened... it wasn't just in and out get it done, it was friendly and personal. Many people aren't fond of going to the dentist, but I honestly believe that going to Dr. Skinner would change their opinion of denists. What a pleasant experience. |
Dear Dr. Eric Kerbs and Staff, This is Soledad Robinson! Hi! I do have to admit that I’m dang glad that I chose you guys! The 7 years that I have lived here in Arizona, it sure has been very difficult to find the PERFECT dentist for me! Thank you Dr. Kerbs and DeAnn for making me feel so welcome into your office and as well for being so extremely extra gentle with me! I had no idea and I was filled with so much anxiety while in waiting to be called in, thinking I was going to have a BAD dentist visit. But you guys proved me wrong! Thank you for turning my dentist visit positive! :) On another note, my husband shared with me that Sara (Billing Coordinator) asked him “How was I doing?”. That was very nice and sweet of her to be concerned. I had bumped into one of the other staff – don’t remember her name- she asked me how was I doing, and how was my healing coming along. This is written after my second visit to Copper Dental, and to date Dr. Skinners skills have been better than expected, and other than the anaesthetic injection(s) absolutely no pain was experienced. A broken tooth was removed below the gumline and impressions taken for bridgework, and skill and professionalism was apparent throughout, not only with the dentist, but his assistant and everyone else in the office. I have a fear of dentists and dental work.....This was the best visit I have ever had to a dentist (and I got a tooth pulled). The staff and doctor were all extremely curteous and patient. Very pleased with my experience at this office A+ From the time of the initial appointment to the exam itself, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Amy was very efficient and explained the process as we went along. Dr Eric was caring, thorough in his examination and detected a gum infection before it developed into something serious. Thank God for the latest technology. A friend recommended them to me and I would refer them to my friends. Top marks. |

| Both Stephanie and Dr. Skinner were extremely friendly, yet professional. I have only been a patient of theirs for 2 visits now, but I feel I have been receiving excellent dental care so far. I especially appreciate their understanding of my financial situation -- retired, on a fixed pension, still paying for a college student. They have allowed me to delay having some work done that can wait, without risking long-term damage to my teeth. I really LOVE the digital x-ray system! I've never been to a dentist with that before! I really like being able to instantly see clear images of my teeth! I will unconditionally recommend your dental practice to friends and family! |
